Supporting the current psychological view of an integrated multidimensional model, the holistic practice of yoga can be useful in reducing symptoms of both anxiety and depression. Sally Rostas is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders  and James Rostas is a yoga therapist specializing in mental health.
