Asako describes this as holistic, mindful cooking and offers two further sessions, later in the year. She says that Japanese food is anti-aging and is based on the idea of “Food as Medicine – it is therapeutic and she will show hidden techniques and a spiritual way of food preparation.

The preparations will range from PowerPoint to live demonstration and participants have a chance to create their own Rice Balls. You will learn about the beautiful presentation of Japanese food and Asako will introduce the background and history and also how to choose ingredients and where to buy them in Brisbane.
