PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4-week course, sessions each Wednesday evening.
We only need stress when there is real danger; all other stress is based on misunderstandings in our subconscious minds. Here is an excellent course giving participants time to really embrace the subtle little changes that can radically improve our daily experiences and bring benefits for the rest of our lives.
Over the four weeks Hilda will give you insights on the role your subconscious mind plays in recurring stress patterns. She will introduce you to methods that help reduce stress and anxiety. You will then see how to use this understanding and awareness to change your response to situations that trigger stress for you – join this very practical down-to-earth course presented in a easy and friendly way. (Bring a notebook).
