Many of you who love Rita’s classes here will be delighted to see she is offering one last one before Christmas. Here is a chance to bring greater ease of movement to take you into the weeks ahead. Bring a mat or towel to lie on. Rita Ryan is a teacher with many years of experience working with individuals and groups.
Dr Moshe Feldenkrais was a great pioneer and researcher who developed many remarkably simple, gentle movements to benefit those who could not bend or move with ease. This is something you need to experience yourself. This wonderful process has brought about quite miraculous changes for numerous people.
