This program is for young people to develop a stronger sense of identity and self-confidence when faced with life’s challenging moments.
The children will learn to become purposely grounded, centred and focused, and experience how they can become more in control of their minds and bodies.
This enables them to maintain calmness and choose their response when challenged or threatened.
Tom has had many years of experience as a teacher in the classroom and the outdoors.
Rock and Water has brought wonderful benefits for countless kids.
