Our mental health and happiness are profoundly shaped by the activities of our minds. Meditation is the method we can use to focus our attention on what is actually happening in the present moment so we can be fully with ourselves. Regular practise of meditation will enhance the quality and happiness of our lives. Come along and enjoy Linda who has found this process so valuable in her own life. She will guide you through the basic steps of Meditation so that you can establish a regular and satisfying practice for yourself.
