Are you going through a major life stage transition, feeling the need to; or feeling resistance to 
what’s playing out in your life? Changes with age, relationship status, children or empty nest, retirement or career/work choice, or lifestyle and way of living? These changes may seem out of our control, may seem to be right, yet met with resistance or fear. Alexander will address common transitions and the shift in personal values that can play out unconsciously that seem challenging. Having a deeper understanding of what’s right for you is the greatest discovery we can make – and remember it can be so different to previous stages in our lives. Having that understanding can bring such a deep sense of meaning and inner contentment.
