Our lower back and hips can become tender and sore through extended static periods of sitting and other nonspecific injuries. This Awareness Through Movement workshop offers new ways to move outside your habitual patterns of tensions, pain and stress; to have less pain and a greater ease in movement. People are often amazed at the benefits they gain using such gentle movements.
Rita Ryan is a Feldenkrais practitioner with many years experience in helping people reduce their pain.
