Nikki has meditated for many years and explored many methods but in recent months she’s become very excited by some new approaches that have been extremely meaningful to her. Today she’d like to show you meditation in a whole new way. She has already taught this elsewhere and been delighted with the responses of participants.

She says meditation and finding mental calm does not have to be hard to fit in and practice but can be an effortless journey increasing inner joy and peace.

You will be hearing about an easy-to-do calm and long-lasting technique that you’ll look forward to practicing – Meditation has been of great significance to Nikki as it gave her the doorway out of depression and anxiety. This is a day for beginners and for those who are looking for other ways to meditate and deepen their experience.
