With high youth and male suicide levels, and domestic violence still prevalent in its different forms, it is not necessary to be a trained mental health professional to recognise the warning signs and act accordingly. This practical and informative session is designed for those in normal day to day living and from all walks of life to recognise the signs and know what to do. This workshop addresses suicide awareness, suicide ideation, risk taking behaviour and precursors to domestic violence.
Alexander has extensive professional experience with both women and men affected by domestic violence, healthy male development, workplace bullying and complex family law issues.
FEE: $30 (concessions available). PLEASE BOOK.
