In this playshop we explore, accept, and embrace the reality of the end of our physical body.
This experiential process will gift you the opportunity to deeply explore the life you are living perhaps without any awareness of its inevitable end. The process is gentle and there is no religious doctrine belief system here, only an opportunity for your personal self-enquiry.
The process uses various experiences to facilitate your embracing of the path to life’s end. On completion you will have crafted a document reflecting this outcome as you step out on a New Path with a reinvigorated second chance at life.
Pravas has been engaged with men’s work and men’s wellbeing for over 25 years. He brings a lifetime of experiences over 76 years of what he calls the Human Experience – of being a son, father, husband, partner, bereaved child, bereaved parent – and the challenges and learning from relationships.
He shares the tumult of joyous life moments, and the depths of the darkest moments and the opportunities that he would not know if he had had one without the other.
