So many of us find ourselves in situations we don’t want to be in yet we’ve allowed ourselves to be pushed, persuaded or often emotionally blackmailed to do something contrary to our better judgement.
This happens in our families, at work and socially. So it can be really freeing and empowering if we see how often we miss that 
turn back moment and don’t know how best to say what we need to. These are empowering evenings. Jennifer, who joins Lionel tonight, has a remarkable track record in dealing with incredibly difficult situations and has much experience to share with you.
