Being able to admit to yourself that you have an ongoing addiction is half the battle.
Ian himself was strongly addicted for 40 years. Nine years ago he took back his power from his addiction and this is what this session is all about. Ian has inspired and given hope to numerous people struggling with addictions, as well as other people such as parents concerned for those close to them.
