Terri Kozak started her study of Qi Gong 13 years ago to help her adjust from a broken leg after falling from her horse.
Although Terri had a professional life as a teacher, geographer, childcare centre director and community health worker she moonlighted as a yoga teacher, metamorphic technique practitioner and fitness teacher before studying Qi Gong. Terri continues her practice in Qi Gong as a student herself to maintain her own well being and to develop further as a teacher. She teaches in a relaxed way to promote the flow of Qi (energy); all the movements are easy to follow and/or can be easily modified if a student has any restriction to their movement.
Relaxation is an important part of her lessons. Qi Gong is like a movement meditation and is both relaxing and revitalising at the same time.

A comment from a participant who sbsolutely loves Qi Gong and Tai Chi
My personal healing journey through Qi Gong was that in my 60s I developed post-polio syndrome with very limited movement through the spine. I couldn’t walk, had extreme fatigue, and inability to lift my arms and comb my hair. After 3 1-hour lessons I was then able to raise my arms above my head and my energy and movement was much improved – that was over 20 years ago and I have maintained that improvement ever since. I regularly attend Qi Gong sessions and also Feldenkrais Movement Sessions.

Comments on Terri’s Introduction to Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Excellent afternoon! Terri has a very relaxed approach to the session, very clear, and a lovely relaxation at the end.
This was a very relaxing class, and I have learnt some basic movements before staring Terri’s 4-week Qi Gong classes.
I found this a really enjoyable afternoon – easy to follow instructions – very relaxing.
