Elena has discovered the benefits of sound some time ago through her son Michael as she endeavoured to assist him through a challenge in his life. She says sound healing is a unique experience for each person and has a beneficial effect on people of all ages.

Elena has had a great interest in metaphysics for much of her life. She has the ability to create an atmosphere that allows each person to take what they need from the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls. She loves assisting people to tune into their individual needs and find their own answers.
